Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint please do so in writing to: info@theopa.co.uk, alternatively you can write to The Online Property Agency, Sovereign Court, 6 Graham Street, B1 3JR. Please mark for the attention of Director.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken.

A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days.

The final response will confirm that you are entitled, if you remain dissatisfied, to refer the matter to The Property Redress Scheme within 12 months for a review.

Please note that The Property Redress Scheme will only review complaints made by consumers.
